Tom Lee is a singer/songwriter from Detroit, Michigan who now lives on the West Coast.  During his early days, he performed as a folk singer in Detroit area clubs.   He cut his musical teeth  on songs  by  local  rock legend Bob Seger as well as British Invasion groups. His main writing influence is Bob Dylan.  His favorite singers are Rick Nelson and Bonnie Raitt.

In 1982 he co-founded  Big Daddy, a time warped band on a mission to transform pop songs into jukebox hits of the 1950's.  Since their top 20 European hit in 1983, they have recorded six albums, and toured the US, Great Britain, Germany and Australia.

Tom continues to write in North Hollywood, and enjoys collaborating with close friends in LA and Michigan.
